Custom development process
Drawing-based and sample-based development follow the same path, with an approval gate before volume.
- 01
Share your drawing or sample
Upload files through the RFQ form or send a physical sample to the factory.
- 02
Feasibility and quotation
Engineering review with a clear quote, notes on tolerances and suggested alternatives.
- 03
First-off samples
Samples produced on the intended process, supplied with a dimensional report.
- 04
Approval and PPAP-style documentation
You approve the sample; we freeze the process and inspection plan.
- 05
Volume production
Scheduled against your call-offs with dispatch dates confirmed per order.
From prototype to production
Development lots run on CNC to prove fit and function. Once approved, the part moves to the most economical process (often a cam automat for brass) with the same inspection plan, so your approval carries over.
Packaging and export documentation
Part-wise packing
Poly bags or boxes by count, labelled with part number, lot and quantity.
Moisture and tarnish protection
VCI bags and desiccant for sea freight and plated parts.
Palletisation
Heat-treated wooden pallets or cartons strapped and wrapped for export.
Export documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and inspection reports.
Have a drawing ready?
Upload it with the material and annual quantity. An engineer replies with a costed quote.
